Quest Public Insurance Adjusters LLC ("Quest," "we," "us") is a licensed Florida public adjusting firm (Florida Public Adjusting Firm #W863280). This policy explains what we collect through https://pa.claims and our text messaging program, and how we use it.

Information we collect. Information you give us when you contact us, request a claim review or hire us: your name, phone number, email, property address, insurance company and policy details, and information about your loss and claim, including photos and documents you send us. When you submit a form on our website, we also automatically record information needed to document your request and any consent you give: the date and time, the page you submitted from, your IP address, and the version of the consent text you saw. Our website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work.

How we use it. To respond to your request, evaluate and handle your insurance claim, schedule inspections and appointments, communicate with you about your claim, meet our legal and licensing obligations, and improve our service.

How we share it. We share claim information only as needed to handle your claim at your direction, for example with your insurance company, its adjusters, and professionals working on your claim. We also share it with service providers who help us operate, such as our phone, email and software providers, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messaging. If you opt in to text messages from Quest (our "Quest Claim Updates" program), we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data. Our messaging service providers may process your mobile number only to deliver our messages and may not use it for their own purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email us at john@pa.claims.

Retention. We keep claim records, and text consent and opt-out records, only as long as needed to handle your claim, meet Florida licensing and legal requirements, and document your consent and opt-outs.

Cookies. Our website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work. Cookies do not give us permission to text you; we record text consent only when you check one of the optional consent boxes on our form.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
